Shipment was missing the press in clips for the tailgate cap

Was replacing original parts on my 2019 Land Cruiser. Sent a query about what I needed to complete the job. Prompt email reply to ensure I was getting the correct parts, and shipped almost a week sooner than originally quoted.

Had a cv axle situation with my daughters 4Runner , a small hiccup in the ordering process on my first call to the dealership , but a return call put me in touch with Chue Vue , here’s the guy you want working for/ with you , no words on how well he handled everything and might I add the cv axles are no longer in production. Needless to say he found (3) . Not enough space here to give full details of all he did on my behalf. If you’re reading this , if the entire staff at Olathe Toyota are this customer service friendly. And go the extra ( miles ) , let’s just say I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer. You owe it to yourself to give them a try .

No issues! Very expensive for a flywheel for a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 3. 4 SR5 Manual Transmission 4x4. Flywheel was $960 some odd dollars! Flywheel did come Nicely packaged and flywheel was in perfect shape. Installed flawlessly and clutch engages smoothly. My advice is to buy OEM the first time. I installed a aftermarket flywheel from a reputable site made sure it fit my vehicle through there guaranteed to fit system it looked identical to my old one come to find out the teeth on the flywheel did not match up. Never had anything like this happen to me before. Did not find out until I had the truck all back together and the starter would grind every other crank/start up. Sometimes it wouldn’t grind for several cranks/start ups. The teeth were backwards on the flywheel. Craziest thing I’ve ever had to deal with.

Great parts and fast delivery however I feel this needed to be expressed as I am not one to write reviews however this gentleman rubbed me wrong. I had a very disappointing experience with Parts Manager Mike. I called regarding a part that required bushings, but the person who originally ordered the parts for me didn’t mention that they were needed. When I called back, a gentleman told me I would receive a shipping label so I could return the part. However, when I called again about 30 minutes later, Mike answered and was extremely rude. He said, “That’s not what we do here,” and claimed no one had told me that. I explained that I had just spoken with someone from the same department who gave me that information, and I suggested that better communication within the team would help keep everyone on the same page. Mike’s tone and attitude were unprofessional and condescending. Just because someone has been there for 19 years doesn’t mean they should speak to customers that way.
