A lot faster than i expected

I live in Califonia and I’ve been ordering parts online from Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro for years, and they’ve never missed a beat. Every order has been smooth, accurate, and shipped quickly. I bought this and what was sent was an open box with the sealed plastic bag of parts open and scattered throughout. Also, one of the bed step screws was stripped out. I tried calling, email, and submitting through the website with no response. The service is non responsive and nonexistent. The product itself is wonderful.

Most of the business I do with Nucar in North Attleboro is through online ordering and direct shipping. In this case, I had a valuable core to return to them and I happen to live nearby. I called ahead and asked if I could drop off in person rather than return ship the core and they said that would be fine. Returning the core was easy and the counter staff was pleasant and helpful. While I was there I knew I had another order that was to ship out that day via overnight shipping so I inquired to the gentleman at the counter if there's any chance I could take it with me. He said it was still en route to their facility but if I came back in an hour I could take it with me. I did come back and was able to get the order without any difficulties which saved the overnight shipping and allowed me to complete the job a day early. In most cases, the online and direct shipping works the best. I interacted in person with 3 of their counter staff yesterday and whether it's in person, by phone or online these guys do a great job and are helpful and professional. Great on pricing . Got everything I needed for my gx engine.

I ordered complete front and rear brake kit and the brake pad clips lock was missing in that kit however i called to let them know it was missing and need them they told me i have to buy it separately so what is the mining as (kit) the clips always came with the brake pads, so the car tide up the lift until the next day bad customer service
