I haven't received the lock cylinder for my Nissan's trunk. It was ordered on Oct 22nd, shipped on Oct 24th. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted UPS with proof, and they insisted I had to go to you for satisfa tion due to the option chosen by your company at shipping. I called your company and spoke with David Lopez, who contacted UPS and got the runaround. Please find enclosed the order confirmation email, as well as the photos proving delivery at wrong address.

Thanks to the Winston Salem dealership that offered a few nice discounts for the parts. I was disappointed our local one (Charlie Clark in Harlingen) wanted to charge full price plus shipping. It was nice to be able to get OEM pads and rotors for a fair price.
