i ORDERED 3 PARTS AT THE SAME TIME AT THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY NO CONTACT FROM THE SELLER UNTIL A WEEK LATER THEN ON THE 7TH I GOT AN EMAIL SIMPLY SAYING MY ORDER STATUS HAD BEEN UPDATED ON THE 14TH I SENT AN EMAIL SAYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES SAYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER I GOT AN INSTANT MESSAGE BACK SAYING THE SELLER WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS TWO BUSINESS DAYS LATER I GET AN EMIAL SAYING MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED I AGAIN CALLED AND EMAILED SAYING I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEIR SHIPPING IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE

Terrible terrible company you sent me a used parts. The plastic bag that the parts were in was ripped open the plastic bag that the box was in was ripped the box was crushed. I don’t know what’s missing. I left two voicemail messages and sent three emails and over a month ago and have not gotten any kind of message back or phone call back. It’s in the hands of American Express.
