Love the prices and the service from both the online staff and the inhouse staff. I wanted to will call the parts, the online staff was able to make the necessary adjustments, changed the order, removed the shipping charges and made arrangements for a will call. I part I ordered via my VIN came in, but it did not fit. Not fault of the parts department. Apparently, the motor may have been swapped by original owner and required an American made ignition coil. The lady at parts counter was able to find the correct part, I was able to return the one's that didn't fit, received a refund and ordered the right part online and go through the same procedure of "Will Call" not delivered. Sounds crazy confusing and frustrating, but the staff made it work for me and helped me along the way. My Camry is working great, new coils fit so much better than the ones that were on there (made for original engine via VIN) when I bought the car used. The original ones are a little longer and ended up cracking, because there was a gap and they didn't seat correctly. So happy that Longo Toyota in El Monte was there to help me with my unusual circumstances.

Everything was quick and easy. The item arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. There are so many selections that you can almost build a new car. My only problem, which was probably caused by me, was the spare tire cover was for a 16 inch rim instead of a 17 inch. Hopefully I can make it work without it coming off.
