I made a mistake in ordering something. Because I didn't find out until the order was filled I expected a fight to return the item. Instead it was fast and easy, no problems from the parts dept. I have multiple orders through Greico Parts and they have always had fast shipping and fantastic prices.

Switched to variable intermittent wipers.
2024 RAV4 LE hybrid needed variable intermittent wipers. Grieco promptly shipped the upgrade stalk. Removed 3 screws, loosened a tab, and swapped the stalk. Took 5 minutes. Worked great.

Caught wrong part number
Great customer service, they added a part that I had first missed plus caught a wrong part number. Shipment arrived timely and in good condition. The only surprise was that the post office didn’t deliver without signature, so I had to pick up the package. Maybe not a bad idea with a shipment worth almost $400.
