I needed 10 qts but forgot and made two orders of 5qts. Customer service emailed me to confirm it wasn’t a mistake. I appreciated that they confirmed my intent was 10 qts as I’m sure it’s happened to people. Shipped the same dayv

Overall Excellent!

Chapman's online parts is like the costco of Nissan parts stores. Prices were much cheaper than my local Nissan's parts and they let me pick up the parts so I saved on the postage. 5-Stars!

Straightforward parts purchase. Correct part at reasonable price delivered within time frame indicated. Thank you.

I wishing and hoping you make/create more chrome accessories for 2024 Nissan Altima SV, PLEASE. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Great experience. I got my parts in a couple of days. I will use them again in the future.

I was looking for Nissan ns-3 cvt fluid, for my 2025 altima cause it’s getting close to 30,000 miles and it’s recommended to change cvt fluid every 30,000 miles. i didn’t want to use nothing but genuine Nissan ns-3 fluid and Nissan dealers near me wanted like 26-35$ a quart . but I fount it on Chapman Nissan website for like 17/18$ a quart and that was a very reasonable price so I ordered a case/12 quarts and that didn’t break the bank either. i plan on ordering from Chapman Nissan for future genuine Nissan parts
