Sent the wrong part number

My local dealer wanted almost $20 for the part. With shipping still was cheaper.

Totally dissatisfied. The part, despite being checked using the compatibility form on the website, didn't fit. It was never used or installed but the store refused to refund the money and accept the part back. Definitely not something that I expected.

I was ordering the wrong part # for a customer car. They caught my mistake and corrected it for me! Highly recommended. Will definitely do business with them again!

Purchased the correct part for the specific year, model, and trim. The part i received did not fit. At this point I already paid for shipping for a $30 part and did not find it worthwhile to waste time communicating and spending more money to return the incorrect part.
