Having the full fiche is excellent and it helps me see how some of the assemblies go together. Somehow they've had every obscure part I've ever asked for, from little clips to standard maintenance parts. BMW South Atlanta is my go-to parts source for our three BMWs.

Their parts department in customer service is an A+. I had a gasket arrived cracked and broken. All I needed to do was email customer service with pictures and a part number and they responded that a new part would be shipped to me immediately. I received the part within 3 to 4 days.

Took a little longer as part was not immediately avail but they got it done and to me quickly when it was.
