Great place to order from always ship fast and arrives undamaged and correct .

Benny and the team at AllMoparParts. com sent me the left and right bed rail caps that I needed to shim so that I could tighten my DiamondBack tonneau cover properly. The shipment was fast, price was reasonable, and there was no damage when I received the parts.

Unfortunately, lack of communication, slow responses, delays with deliveries. Order was held up due to one part. Was only asked a month later if I wanted to cancel the order. I immediately responded but took another two weeks to respond back to me

I’ve been trying to return a product for days, and communication is very poor.

No communication after receiving me email highlighting the problem.

Ordered the part on June 22nd, there was some VERY slow e-mail back and forth about the right part, and I told them I was willing to pay extra to expedite. Didn't get here until the 8th and I missed 2 appointments and had to reschedule. For the cost, it should have been resolved faster!

Hard to get answers on factory oil fill, but it all worked out.

took over a month and a half to ship. unacceptable.

Shipping rates are high, other than that it was great.

Order oil filters for my Dodge Challenger by the website I should receive them in a couple of days and should get a tracking number after placing order to see progress of shipment. It's been 10 days since placing oder and the website has my oder saying working in progress no notification that my order was shipped. I have tried calling them for the last 7 days and and call goes to a voice mail box that says it is full and cannot accept no more messages. I submitted an online ticket for status of order and email for someone to call me about my order. Have not heard from them. I believe this site to be a scam at this point.

You can always count on them to have and ship your part. I waited 8 weeks for this part from another site. Cancelled the order, went back allmoparparts. com, placed the order and installed in three days later. Lesson learned, lesson taught.
