Oh. Shipping is a concern
Oh. Shipping is a concern for me on the part of USPS. Parfait asks for signature but they usually just drop the box under the stairs downstairs.(I live on the 3rd floor of the condo). They then send me a text that says ",delivered. Handed to the person. )This tells me that they are forging my signature. This is concerning and nerve wracking. Maybe another method of delivery because someone can pick up the box before I get to it

Shipping was long, would highly
Shipping was long, would highly recommend UPS or FedEx as a shipping service as promised delivery time with USPS was delayed with no updates by Parfait customer service on my delivery status throughout. Otherwise customer service always responded within 24 hrs when I contacted them. The hair was overall good, cap was a little big for me despite the “technology/AI” aspect but I can make do (don’t have the time or patience to re-ship for adjustments).
