Since meeting Pamela a few years back and trying her vegan cookies, I have always been excited to try more; Cakes, pies, cookies and everything I’ve tasted from the bakery is amazing.

I have been ordering from Pamela Wasabi since I first tried the strawberry cheesecake at a restaurant 2 years ago. I have ordered cookies, cheesecakes, and cakes for special occasions and everything is delicious and my non vegan friends and family cannot believe everything is vegan. She is the best baker and I am so glad I found her. My toddler's bdays are the best now because everyone loves cake time! Flavor and art would be my description of what she makes.

Pamela makes delicious cookies. It's nice to have a treat with such clean ingredients. The lavender ones are my favorite but I highly recommend the mint ones too.
