I purchased a shirt for my husband on April 2, 2026, and it was dropped off at the post office in Hawaii on April 9. After about a week and a half with no tracking updates, I started to get concerned. I came back to Palmewavehi. com to see if I could find a way to contact the seller and came across the owner, George’s phone number. To my surprise, when I called, it was actually him who answered—not a customer service rep! After I shared my concerns and explained how excited I was to have the shirt in time for our family photos, George went above and beyond to help. He quickly arranged for a replacement to be remade and shipped it out via priority mail. 💖 We just received it today, and it fits my husband perfectly! I’m so excited for our family photos. These shirts are absolutely without a doubt my most favorite. I bought 2 of them on our honeymoon to the island 16 years ago. They have held up to the test of time, however do to my mistakes i had lost a couple buttons on them. They are very unique so i reached out to them and LULU sent me a bag of their original coconut buttons. Now i can wear my favorite shirts again. . Also withtheir huge selection of clothes online, i am FOR SURE buying more !!!
