I recently purchased a . 300 Blackout AR pistol, and overall I’m very pleased with both the firearm and the customer service behind it. The pistol itself arrived in great condition, well-built, and performed reliably right out of the box. Fit and finish were solid, and it handled exactly how I expected at the range—smooth cycling, accurate, and easy to control. The only issue I encountered was that it did not come with a pistol brace . However, after reaching out to the company, their response was quick and professional. They promptly sent me an AR hand brace at no extra cost, which showed they stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction. That level of service really made a difference for me. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them is what matters most—and in this case, they handled it . Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the experience. I’ll definitely be returning for another in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable . 300 Blackout AR pistol.
Works good for the money! If you run at a brighter setting, you will notice a glare on the glass. I’ll be going to the range this weekend to zero her in and really test her out. As far as Palmetto, every order experience has been A1

I have never had a bad experience with Palmetto until this rifle. After I found the chip in the barrel I was told from warranty that this is to be expected and they would not fix the BCG issue. When I was able to get ahold of someone who knew what they were doing they offered me a 10% discount for the delay and bad experience. When I went to use the code it turned out to only be a 30 dollar discount… I confirmed the amount by calling customer service. I did not appreciate the first rep blowing me off over the chip but I figured it was a one off but when I was lied to about the discount code, I got a really bad taste in my mouth. I love the rifle and the other Sabre’s I have purchased but this was shockingly bad service. I had to fight every step and have been waiting two weeks to hear back why I was misinformed about the code….
You need this, fix the log on your website. It really sucks
