Ordered multiple paintings and a fine brush set and paid for express shipping. Took a week before I received notification that paintings were even being sent out and one of my chosen paintings was not available. I offered options in place of that painting and they didn’t reply for another 2 days. By this time another painting was out of stock. They simply replaced this one with another option I’d previously chosen without confirming. Paintings did arrive quickly after that however extra brush set purchased was not in package. I emailed customer service quickly but again did not get response for over 2 business days. I requested express shipping be refunded as order was not shipped until beyond express period and asked to be sent out the brushes I did not receive. And despite purchasing specific painting as a gift that I did not receive and the replacement painting costing less than what I originally purchased I said I would be happy to keep paintings received. But did request I be sent the paint brush set I purchased but was not sent in order. Express shipping was refunded after multiple days but no response about missing brushes. I emailed again about missing brushes and they responded asking for photographic proof I did not receive the brushes. In this time I have given the paintings as gifts and cannot ask for them back to take photos of them. So I’ve essentially lost that money. The brushes were for myself and despite the set not being expensive I’m not in a habit of paying for things I never receive. It’s a shame the service is so poor because the paintings themselves are a lovely activity. But I won’t be wasting any more money on this business. I am so let down by a business I’d previously recommended to people. Buy at your own risk, you may be spending far more than you receive.

The absolute worst experience dealing with Paint Plot. After reading many positive reviews I ordered 2 Diamond Dots and a painting on Tuesday 21/11. All items are for Christmas gifts, specifically for my Autistic son with an Intellectual Disability who is extremely hard to buy for, but thoroughly enjoys Diamond Dots and Paint by Numbers. I thought with ordering them over a month before Christmas I would be safe to receive them and not disappoint my son. On Friday 24/11 I received an email apologising that one of the Diamond Dots I had ordered was now out of stock and if I could choose another, which I did promptly. Monday 4/12 my order still had not been updated to reflect the change despite receiving an email on 25/11 informing me that it had been, nor had there been any updates about shipping. I contacted them via their support email and asked about the substituted item and the delay. The reply I received from Rebecca was a generic response that did not address my queries and that typically orders were processed and dispatched within 1 -3 business days and the deliver period may extend from 2 to 7 business days, however there was a delay due to processing a huge volume of orders and there would be a "slight" deviation from their regular operational timeline. However they did not clarify exactly how long that "slight" deviation would be. They then assured me that I would be receive for Christmas. It is now Thursday 14th December and 17 working days since ordering with my order still unfulfilled and no correspondence from the company to apologise or update me. A very frustrating and disappointing experience. I have lodged an official complaint with consumer protection and a payment dispute with PayPal. Do not support this deceitful business.

I purchased a painting kit online on 24 Nov and sadly I still have NOT received it...and it's already 13 December. It was supposed to be a gift that will not arrive on time and customer service don't seem to really care. Be aware...they are having supply issues...with their frames apparently. As much as I want to be patient and understanding - I feel this is too long to make customers wait and they didn't even bother communicating the delay. I had to follow up, wondering where my painting kit was. Disappointing.

I purchased a paint by numbers for a gift and had it delivered. When it arrived it was damaged terribly. I tried calling over 10 times, no answer. I emailed twice and no reply. I am very disappointed and upset as now I can’t give this as a gift. Overall bad experience and would not recommend.

Still waiting for another email to clear up the replacement painting that I was notified had come in ,as a replacement for a wrong order then told it wasn’t in stock . Not sure why it’s taking so long but extremely disappointing.

I cancelled my subscription last year they still took my money out NOT HAPPY

They changed the terms of service after I placed an order and lied about it (despite me having proof of it). DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Their support team (aka “Michelle D”) is useless, you will be stuck with them.

Great company with excellent communication and customer service. The paintings always come out looking awesome and I’ve gone from trying out a single kit to subscribing and gifting paintings to friends and family.

I'm still working on my first PBN however when it arrived most of the paint was dried in pots, attempted to salvage using flow medium but we're too far gone. Had a very fast response from customer service which was great then to be told I would have to purchase another set of paint for my kit which was very disappointing, I would've expected that considering first lot was unusable it would of been replaced. You guys have a fantastic range to choose from but am a little put off purchasing again after the paint issue.

Ordered my third painting, have been disappointed in the past but thought I'd give it one more go. This painting had many empty spaces and not enough paint. Basically have to make it up as you go😖

Shipping and delivery was fine

This has become my indoor ‘me time’ especially when it’s raining or hubby is worshipping his online games. It relaxes and focuses my attention in a way where you reach a state of ‘flow’ and you don’t realize how much time has gone by. Great, flexible and responsive service by Paint Plot Australia! Would recommend 100%!

I am still completing my first paint by numbers. I have enjoyed the experience. Paint Plot hints and tips have been great. The delivery time was not great, but I did purchase over Easter so that is not a good time to gauge shipping speed. I will definitely get more paintings as I find it very relaxing.
