I'm 350+ I have sleep apnea I would definitely take quick naps at work I would also have to buy energy drinks after work to for 35 min plus ride home I wake up from 2am and usually don't get home till 4pm. I take 2.5 tsp every morning and no longer take naps at work no need to stop and get energy drink after work and there are no jitters. This is great product but the taste is not so great. I have not had mine long but so far so good. It gives you a lot of energy without giving you the shakes. The taste may be less than desirable to some but I don’t find it to bad. Made a healthy shake and mixed it in. Can’t wait to see where this journey takes me on my weight loss goals
