Hello, We recently received my daughter’s shoes. She absolutely loves them. I measured her feet with the guidance of your sizing scale and they fit perfectly. These are my daughter’s first pair of track shoes and she’s will be running in a competition this weekend. I also run on the track and think I will get something off Pace because of the quality of our first purchase. The shipping was a little pricey, but that’s my only gripe 😀

The in-store service was extraordinary. I do not recall the name of the man who served me, he was around 40, tall, medium build, light brown hair and New Zealand accent. But he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also did not cut corners on service despite the store being relatively busy. I would not have been shocked or held any grudges had he sought to quickly move us on or tend to other customers while we were musing over decisions on our purchases, but he was highly attentive and engaged the whole time and gave the impression of a running enthusiast who works at a running store and loves speak to runners, rather than someone trying to sell you something as quickly as possible so that they can sell someone else something else and repeat. Great experience, and similar to many experiences I have had at Pace athletics Castle Hill.

Simply the best online running shoe retailer at present. Service and 'delivery on promise' is as good as it gets. I like that the shop values loyalty in terms of benefits provided. Makes me want to shop here as my first choice. Staff are attentive and polite.
