My husband and I have been ordering from PA botanicals for about 8 months now I guess. We don't order from anywhere else anymore.until I found pay botanicals I used to order from three or four different companies and was satisfied but until I found PA botanicals I was never completely satisfied!!! These guys have the best prices, fast ship and delivery time and great product. Being an online customer I've only had brief interactions with any store employees but they were always informative and courteous so customer service gets an A-Plus as well!!

If you search there store hours on google it says 11am-8pm. Drove forty minutes out of my way and there closed at 6pm. You really need to update that .

Hands down, highest quality Kratom I have ever tried. I have to make the tea due to CRAZY stomach problems with eating powder, but so far one glass of PAB product equals about 2 or 3 glasses compared to every store bought brand I have tried. Great customer service too. I was a first time customer, and they went out of their way to get my purchase shipped to me as soon as possible.

I've loved PAB one of he best qualities about this company was how amazing the quality of their products is and the speedy shipments. The only thing I'd say is that I hope they began to take credit or debit payments soon, or some other option to make the shipments sooner.

So I'm writing a bad review again because my other one got deleted (gee I wonder why)and it was me saying I got a bag of enhanced Vietnam which was trash and normal Vietnam that worked better but not good enough and said that it was weird to see nothing but 5 star reviews, I decided to give the vendor another try l, I bought 2 bags of Vietnam and a bag of Bali, the Bali was making my mom sick with headaches stomach aches and throwing up and she only took 2 pills and also made me feel terrible until it wore off and the Vietnam did absolutely nothing it was the worst batch of kratom I ever had so between that and my previous review being deleted I feel there's something not right, I will be taking a screenshot of this review and if it gets deleted I will take some form of action I will not let a bunch of people get ripped off from a BS site when there's already problems with the government trying to ban kratom and stuff like this is not gonna help because people actually need it, and btw bali is my moms go to strain so its the strain itself that affected her so yea you been warned I wrote the vendors about it and they were totally beating around the bush and I do have those emails as well
