Despite the reply to my review below from a week ago, I still have not received any contact from P&B.

love the flavour of my P&R coffee and the ease of my regular subscription. Just too easy to keep up my want of drinking first class coffee everyday.
Brilliant coffee but extremely poor customer service, I’ve twice now had a subscription reward not get applied to the fee I was charged (appears to be an automation glitch when you select ‘send now’ rather than wait for scheduled delivery), and on the most recent attempt to resolve it with the customer service team (20/2/25) have followed up four times without a single response to my follow ups. Ridiculous for an e-commerce business in 2025.
