Shipping was faster than expected

I sent in my 3 year old HR300 for a refurbishing for a malfunction. 2 days after it arrived to Ozonics I received a new unit in the mail. When I inquired about the fast turn around the wonderful customer service agent told me their techs could not fix my unit and sent me a brand new one!!! Thank you ozonics for the great fast support!!!

WOW!!!!! I placed an order for an HR600 pro package. I thought I would get in two days(paid extra for 2 day shipping) it took almost 3 days but I simply misunderstood the shipping time with me ordering on a Sunday. I got going on my trip a day late but man was it worth it. Had deer ALL OVER ME DOWNWIND the entire time and was able to harvest a good one on my downwind side because of my HR600. Customer service could tell I was frustrated and apologized and today I get a package with an Ozonics hat and attachment for a blind clip I had bought but didn't know I needed. THANK YOU SUSIE!!! Money well spent!! Thank you Ozonics!!!
