I absolutely loved these jeans the moment I put them on! They are so soft, but well structured, don’t bunch up in the rise area when you sit (what magic is this??), and they are the perfect length for me at 5’4”. I bought my usual size 27 and they fit just right - not too tight, not too baggy. I could hang out in them all day!

Sizing is inaccurate and this should not be on the buyer. Despite the errors in sizing I'm stuck with store credit that I'm not sure how to access and the next size up is sold out. I like the minimal packaging and no plastic, that's a big win. Communication with support was easy and fast.

Excellent service as always - I've ordered a fair few items over the past few years, and find delivery to the UK to always be safe and quick. The customer service is also always excellent - quick to respond to any sizing queries. The items I have (silk tees, cupro skirts/ dress, silk noil items, linen and silk blend trousers) all wash and wear so well if treated with care on cold machine cycles and air dried. Absolute love :)
