I really liked this hat but it was not quite the colour I expected and didn’t match the dress I was planning to wear it with for a special occasion. Ozhatz were wonderful to deal with. The delivery was super quick and, when I reluctantly asked if I could return the hat for a refund, there was no problem at all.
