1/5 products arrived damaged and the customer service took 1 min to accept a photo and offer replacement or refund. no long conversation or frustrating customer service. to the point. efficient. just great.

WOW WOW, AMAZING PRODUCT, I AM LATE 's OF AGE, AND I AM START TO LOSE MORE HAIR AND I NOTICED A SMALL BALD PACTCH ON MY HEAD.... I SAW THE HAIR MASK ON FB, AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A GO! I USE MY OWN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AND THEN I ADD THE MASK TO MY HAIR AND LEAVE FOR TEN MINUTES OR MORE AND THEN WASH IT OUT,,,, WELL I CAN ACTUALLY SAY THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING MY BALD PATCH ON MY HEAD HAS HAIR ITS GROWING BACK OMG WOW WOW. I NOTICED THIS AFTER 3 WEEKS LOVE THIS PRODUCT WOW PRODUCT ITS AMAZING!!!!!

Parcel was packed nicely and with a lot of care, shampoo, conditioner and hair treatment lids where taped shut to prevent leakage and wrapped, fast and good deal will definitely be ordering again

I was unfortunate enough to have my parcel stolen from my front door. I contacted both Australia Post and Oz Hair and Beauty. Australia lodged a complaint and barely looked into the matter, whilst Oz Hair and Beauty went all out and replaced my item free if charge and they even included a chupa chup lollipop within my package as well as some offers that I could also look into. Thank you so much to Jocelyn and Bronte for such exceptional and commendable customer service. I will purchase from you all the time and I have now added a local post office as my delivery address so that no more parcels are stolen. I highly recommend their products and customer service. Thank you again for restoring my faith in the retail sector.
