The whisk was a bit dented in the packaging and they sent me a replacement one in a matter of 24 hours! Great team and customer service

Shipping was faster than I had expected, especially since they had the "longer than expected shipping" warning. Which, by the way, I loved that there is the warning, because it's communication with the clients! I received my box with each jar in its own Individual divider. Each shake packet with with the appropriate broth. None of my jars were broken or damaged. The box has a great QR code on the side to scan which immediately takes you to The Owl Venice website. Was I worried the jars would be broken and my broths wasted? YES! HOWEVER, they were NOT broken! Was I pleasantly relieved and Happy? YES!!!

Ive been struggling with digestive issues for years now and for some reason I never thought to do a bone broth challenge. Ive been drinking 8 oz of Owl Venice bone broth on an empty stomach each month for the last few weeks (planning on 30 days total) and I can feel less inflamed, less bloated, less burning in my tummy. I feel like its been a great way to repair my gut lining and give it necessary nutrients for the leaky gut and whatever else was causing the inflammation.

The drinks were actually very tasty. Unfortunately I am no canning expert and could not open two of them for the life of me, one I cracked the glass and had to throw away the other is still on the kitchen island. Would love to buy again but would prefer an easier container
