Once set up and understanding how it interacts with the TV camera bar and the owl base unit , it works OK. Disapointing that the HDMI in and out ports on the unit are not ready for use yet, as this is a main part of connecting a computer to a screen this should be a working function straight away. Also no audio input jack plug , so couldn't use it for sound, maybe I have set up something wrong. The image quality is not as good as I expected for such an expensive piece of equipment, using a Gopro as a web cam or Logi cameras produced better quality. On the whole not a bad product but feel its a bit experimental and a prototype product that will either be upgraded by firmware updates or even replaced very quickly by a newer version.

Shipping could have been faster. The technical documentation is good but limited. The Owl bar is luckily plug & play but it would be helpful to have resources sharing best practices and best hardware to use with the owl bar. In our initial tests, the Owl Bar was extremely laggy with a laptop. Once we tested with our dedicated PC it was an extremely smooth experience, but that initial experience could have caused concern/return. Overall happy with the product and would recommend but still room for improvement.

My package arrived within two days and while I wish there was a bit more substance in the tracking information, it was still fairly easy to know when I should expect it.
