Once set up and understanding
Once set up and understanding how it interacts with the TV camera bar and the owl base unit , it works OK. Disapointing that the HDMI in and out ports on the unit are not ready for use yet, as this is a main part of connecting a computer to a screen this should be a working function straight away. Also no audio input jack plug , so couldn't use it for sound, maybe I have set up something wrong. The image quality is not as good as I expected for such an expensive piece of equipment, using a Gopro as a web cam or Logi cameras produced better quality. On the whole not a bad product but feel its a bit experimental and a prototype product that will either be upgraded by firmware updates or even replaced very quickly by a newer version.

In our initial tests, the Owl Bar was extremely laggy with a laptop. Once we tested with our dedicated PC it was an extremely smooth experience, but that initial experience could have caused concern/return. Overall happy with the product and would recommend but still room for improvement.

I needed to place a tax exempt order for my business and customer service promptly assisted me with getting it completed. The website was clean and well organized, making it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. My package arrived within two days and while I wish there was a bit more substance in the tracking information, it was still fairly easy to know when I should expect it.

Very quickly resolved an issue
Very quickly resolved an issue when UPS returned our order after trying to deliver it on Saturday (we are open Monday-Friday). I notified Owl Labs and in two days, had my replacement order delivered to my home address.

Owl Table was setup fine
Owl Table was setup fine and worked as expected. Could not get the OWL bar to act as primary device so we could sync the OWL Desk to it. OWL bar would not properly recognize individuals in the room

This is our second Meeting Owl 3. We liked the first one so much, we bought a second one for a second conference room. I configured this one myself, it was so easy. Really "Plug and Play". It was very easy to add to our Teams meetings.
