Oveja Negra is always so friendly and fun to deal with! I haven't delt with customer service because their products are so awesome, but their emails are always friendly. It’s amazing that there are still small businesses that can effectively resist the immense pressure to compromise their product quality and /or employee work conditions and livable wages. It’s probably not a surprise that many of the companies setting this irreverent and hardheaded example of “doing the right thing” (Oveja Negra, Astral, Voile) are comprised of creative, technically minded, endurance oriented athletes… a small population within our culture that is hard wired with an appetite to find alternative routes. I hope they, like those of us who find our own version of heaven by bike, skis, boots, or paddle sustain the energy and support to maintain the delicate balance of bliss and profitability. We should all make a concerted effort to protect and defend these values by hanging chuck buckets and sundry bags on every inch of our bikes- or cars if you can find a spot. Never give another gift that’s not a Oveja Negra bike bag. Celebrate and participate in every example of good humanity you can… of which these hard headed business people are a shining example. *Also, they translated my verbose and overly picky color preference for my spouses bike bags like Kodachrome wizards. Beautiful. Big smiles. Thank you!
