We just bought the Escape 4 tent. We decided to replace the Escaoe 4 we bought over 20 years ago. There was a bit of discussion about replacing the old one because it's in great condition. We're in our 70's and probably don't have too many more years of camping in us so we splurged, though these days $350 is not a big splurge.

Great service and delivery was in a timely manner. We purchased these as replacements to the ones we bought many years ago. The only change is the arm which is for the better. These chairs are very comfy and the seat does not sag over time like many other chairs. We are usually the envy of others when they see these chairs.

Site was easy to navigate. Pictures and videos didn't always load. Great service from Peta on the phone. Haven't used tent yet to be able to comment.

There was a huge delay in receiving the product through team global. After a 40 minute wait each time to speak to a representative regarding my package, I was sent the wrong address to pick it up. The quality of the product is faulty. This tarp sent is leaking water all over. I did not have this problem with the previous tarp I purchased from outdoor connection. It lasted years.
