this company is horrable they never ever answer the phones they dont answer messages for days on end they ship parts even when u cancel orders and then ignore u for weeks and make it imposible to ever get a return takien care of do urself a huge favor and never use outcast garage or u will be sorry

Ordered my product no response or email after I sent them multiple emails asking for information on my goods I payed $300 for I do not recommend this business super sketchy. Take you hard send $$ somewhere reputable I made the mistake of not reading reviews

I ordered strut bar, but they didn’t have it in stock then i asked a refund, they told me wait for 1-3 weeks. Now it went over a month and a half still no refund not responding for my email, i never met the websites stores that doing same thing, usually online stores are so strict, but outcast garage guys are not how I expected! I still don’t know how to get my refund???

I had bought some test pipes for my g37 and I was emailing them and they said it was out of stock. I asked them if they could refund it but I hadn't gotten anything back and I emailed them multiple times trying to get my refund but they still haven't answered.

Ordered a HKS BOV on 04/09/2021, waited a week to see if I would get an update. Waited some more and asked their support if there was any update on my order 04/19/21. They still havent responded to the message 04/23/21. They've been on point my last 2 orders, but here's to hoping.

I heard and read good things about this site in the past. It is my fault for not doing better research and realizing that all the better reviews are from years ago. I had high hopes, but was let down. Been waiting over a month for at least a response. Don’t answer any of my questions. Don’t assure me that my order will ever even be processed and shipped. I have asked dozens of times for a refund because I’m just tired of waiting for a response. If I would’ve known this was going to happen I simply wouldn’t have gone through this site at all. It has been a huge waste of time and effort. There is zero chance I will go through this again. Poor judgment on my part I guess for trusting this site. Please get back to my emails or dms or set up a phone number to call. Simple as that. I want my money back asap.

Ordered a Motordyne M370 for a G37 , got a lower intake plenum spacer... No way to call them to schedule a return, Email is slow... also ordered a pully , find out later it comes with no belt.

Purchased the air lift performance controller. Payment was done on the 21st July 2020. Waited for a month but outscast had yet to send me the tracking number. I tried to contact them via email but received no reply from them. Up to today (10th Dec 2020) I had already sent 7 emails but received no reply at all. I ordered the BOV KIT FROM CZP with them and i havent received my order in 4 months then they try to say theres a chargeback when there isnt and its just frustrating they have no phone number so you cant even contact them. Horrible customer service and following up with loyal customers. worst experience yet.

First of not only did my order take 3 months to get shipped but when I received the weighted shift knob I ordered, it didn’t even fit when I replaced my old shift knob with the new mishimoto weighted shift knob. Even though it said it was meant for my G35 coupe and would fit my car. I also tried contacting them several times but wouldn’t get a response back. Bad service all around, wouldn’t recommend buying from this website/company!!

First of all, they are a busy company so expect your items to come a little later than usual, however, their customer service is friendly, and they help you as much as you'd like. Second, the items came in perfectly and in tip-top shape. Thanks, Outcast Garage for everything you guys have done.
