I have been using the product for over 2 weeks as directed. No change at all to my lips. Very disappointed.

Doesn’t work - not worth the money

It was easy to order and arrived at the time predicted. Very happy with the service.

I will say the customer service is outstanding even though I did not like the lip filler.

Customer service has been excellent when I have reached out!! I am however disappointed in with what I have received thus far. First time I purchased I did not get a refill in my box ? I did reach out and customer service was very kind and sent me a refill replacement of 2 instead of 1! But my first lipstick case broke. The top of it did. So I stuck with it for a bit but I just ordered another one bcuz it was becoming frustrating to use as I would have to take the cap of twice. So we will see how this 1 holds up but again the second one I purchased did not have a refill in it so I just was disappointed and didn’t want to reach out again as I was thinking someone might think I’m just trying to “get something for nothing” and I didn’t wanna be that problem customer so I didn’t email. But since you asked for review I thought I’d share in hopes it helps you all with products and future purchases from others.
