The candle was already melted when it arrived at my home in the box. I thought I would try to light it anyways but it did not work. I wish they would have checked their inventory before sending.

Bought item, they sent wrong item, I requested a return shipping label Instead, they refunded my money instead of sending the item I originally bought & now the item I originally purchased ($12.98) was maked up to $47.12. So now they want me to re-purchase the same item for just under 73% more than they first sold it to me for. STAY AWAY FROM "OUR PAMPERED HOME.com"! It is my belief that they pulled a BAIT & SWITCH type scam! I WILL NEVER USE OR BE USED BY "OUR PAMPERED HOME.COM" EVER AGAIN!!!

Very very bad experience on this site

I had absolutely no problem with the site it was great but when it came to delivery of the product that was another story I was at work and the post office called me and said we have a package here with a phone number on it but no address would you like this package delivered to your house if so we need youre address so it took me two days longer to get it because the box had no address also my cell number was left on the package so anyone could get it

Received our order in a matter of days! Very pleased!
