It's a piece of rubber and plastic that allows the mouse to function properly and efficiently, which is what it's supposed to do. And, it looks nice on my desk. What more do you want ?

Paint is peeling off

I had difficulty getting response to phone calls and e mail. However after a week or so I got an e mail notice that a replacement was being shipped and to keep a larger case which I ordered by mistake. Prior to your response I decided that mailing back the larger phone case ( cost$13.65) and requesting a replacement would generate action. Thanks for your help and a replacement. Call backs did not happen, replacement did. Customer satisfied!
