Love the products, hoping for more when I try the histamine stuff. Right now I’m broke doing a raw diet for my dog, will need to find a way to supplement it as it costs me over $400 a month now. I can’t keep this up.

My experience with the DNM has been good. Any issues I have had they are very helpful in resolving them. It's usually been ordering time frame issues on subscriptions getting them lined up so they ship all on the same day. Sometimes there's been a straggler that shipped on a different day and I got charged a shipping fee. But I call them right away and they help resolve it. They've always provided great customer service.

Great products. Though I will say, I am not a fan of the new packaging. A bit more difficult to see which product it is. I miss the old color coded labels.

The customer service is great; there have been a couple of mix-ups with the orders, but everything was always taken care of by customer service. The website can be a bit of a pain to navigate, and annoying popups, but we do like the products, so we will continue to shop here. We also like to support a smaller business, rather than buy from Amazon.
