I never received my order. Your tracking says the package was delivered, but it never came to my house. Unfortunately it was sent via USPS and thus there is no photo confirmation of delivery. It’s possible that a package thief took it, although that seems a bit unlikely as someone was home all day and the rest of our mail was undisturbed, plus the place where our mail goes is out of sight of the street. I think it’s more likely that it was delivered to the wrong address, and so I waited a week to see if it might get redirected, but no luck. Their website does not have a place where one can contact them for customer service, only a returns tab. I have reached out to no avail. I paid for something that I never got & ostrich pillow doesn’t respond to my inquiries. All their website words about a community seems pretty hollow

I bought them for my husband & I to take traveling however I’ve been using mine since I opened the beautiful box it out of it’s beautiful cylindrical box! I find myself using it for an eye mask during the day, a neck support while dozing in the couch, I find them very versatile!

I ordered the Ostrich Travel Pillow and am very happy with the product. I encountered an issue with my pillow arriving with imperfections, and after some back and forth with the brand, they worked to resolve the issue and make things right. I appreciate the comfort and performance of the product I ordered, and I appreciate that the brand stepped up to make things right when there was an issue with my purchase. In the end, the brand went above and beyond to correct things and ensure that I walked away feeling satisfied.

The pillow is expensive but way better than the other travel pillows. , it s very comfortable. I really like the shape and to be able to adjust it around the neck, it doesn’t suffocate me when closed. Great colors, also matching my compression socks

The ostrich pillow is compact for travel and easy to use. It gives the right amount of neck support when you are sleeping on the plane and you can turn it to suit your preference. I highly recommend it!

Very shortly after I placed my order a real human being (I think) emailed me about my shipping address (they don’t ship to PO Boxes). The problem was resolved and the pillow arrived quickly. With the Go Pillow, I slept relatively comfortably on a 36-hour train ride. Also I love the colors (Forest). It looks prettier than most travel pillows.

I bought 2 pillows and two sleeping masks. We fell asleep as soon as we put on those masks and pillows and slept through the entire flight to Copenhagen.
