Osprey have been great - I bought a bag in the wrong colour & they facilitated a free postage label for me so I could swap it for the right one - no complaints from me!

I ordered the Exos 48 backpack because it’s a lightweight and has excellent reviews. At First I didn’t receive my backpack. It was not because of Osprey but it was the delivery company’s fault. Immediately after I contacted the company about my missing package they replaced my order after a small investigation. I didn’t had to wait a long time before I received my replacement. I’m so pleased with the service that Osprey delivered. Amazing and I’m glad that I have my backpack, Thanks.
