Easy to use website, ordering system, bag was well packaged and quickly delivered. I love the bag and the only alteration I would make to to put the same anti theft loop, that is near the rear zip, on the front two pockets. If most people are like me they keep their passports, phone, wallet etc in those pockets and you can’t lock them. Only my thoughts but hopefully you will pass it on!
