Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I first thought I lost my trusted 15 year old Sojourn 80 wheeled pack when I inadvertently burst the stitching by my own admission by over packing it. But true to their word Osprey came to the rescue with their Mighty Guarantee. Sadly the pack was unrepairable but I've just took a delivery of a brand new replacement. Top level customer care from start to finish with help,advise and communication at every stage.
