This is the perfect day bag for hiking. I bought it for hiking abroad so it doubled well as hand luggage for the flight and met size requirements. Its fits a deceptive amount inside. I really like the zip top opening- makes for quick access. Good number of pockets for easy access to snacks and important kit. Straps on the side pouches mean that your drink bottles don’t fall out! Love this bag
