I like the sunshade in itself, but in the description it says you can carry it in the actual carrier, which you cannot. There is a pocket but you cannot fold it into the pocket. Its too big. So its not really working as intended. If I had known that, I would not have bought it.

Je suis très satisfaite d'Osprey, j'ai découvert cette marque lors d'un séjour avec des lycéens et un des professeurs encadrant le groupe avait un sac osprey qui m'a beaucoup plu par sa conception du coup je me suis renseigné sur internet et ravi d'avoir découvert une collection de sac à dos.

Anything is good, but only downside was the delivery. The courier didn’t leave the parcel at the reception of my accommodation and instead left it at a nearby shop. Luckily, the shop staff were kind enough to bring it over to the reception for me.

Excellent customer service

I travel a lot with work and leisure. I need a robust bag that can roll and allow we to carry another large bag on my back. I have had two competitors and they didn’t last or feel as good as my new transporter. I’ve done two trips with it now, one longer expedition and the thing that makes this bag stand out is its wheels, frame and handle system to enable easier mobility. It’s a great system. The bag is also spacious and stylish. Love it.

Overall a good bag, using mainly for day hiking. Stuff and go pocket is useful as is reservoir for bladder. Straps are nice and supportive Only negative I would say is after tightening the straps across the chest they just dangle as there is no loop that will keep them together (like what's on the hikelite). Annoying if you have to tighten it a bit
