After 3 summers of excellent service and many miles, and nearing the end of this year’s TGO Challenge, my Exos Pro 55 failed me. A damaged shoulder tension strap made the pack difficult to carry, so I sent it in for repair under the All-Mighty Guarantee. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, so today I took delivery of a FREE replacement pack, courtesy of Osprey. THANK YOU for such outstanding customer service.
