I was looking to replace my 30L adidas backpack with something more comfortable for longer wear duration and this was it since my back was less sweaty and the hip support made the shoulders less sore. the flat pocket COULD be used for a laptop (my mac air m1 fit there) but it’s not straight and also rigid. the pockets are nice and the rain cover proved its usefulness. this is my first hiking backpack and definitely glad i bought it

Osprey is amazing. Something did not seem right with the side pockets of my backpack. I contacted them, and I got a rely asking me to fill in the form and send the backpack to them for inspection. Within 2 weeks I got a email from them saying that the backpack is defective, they will not repair it but they will replace it, They allowed me to choose another backpack. Within 2 days I got a confirmation email that the new backpack has been dispatched , and within another few days I received the brand new backpack. What an amazing and stress free service. Very versatile bag, use it for dog walking when a rucksack isn't needed but need to take a water bottle etc. . . was put to the test too with heavy rain and everything inside stayed bone dry 👍🏼 (have the ltd edition one which is made with slightly coated material). Would definitely recommend, have a couple of other Osprey bags (22lt daylite and 40lt Transporter) and would highly recommend in both quality and looks

Buckle broke on my backpack and Osprey repaired it super quickly for free. As good as new. If buy Osprey again not only because of the excwllent design and quality of their products but also for the piece of mind this guarantee offers. Top work!
