Es hat alles prima funktioniert. Leider muss man ja die Rücksendekosten selbst zahlen. Das steht auch deutlich in den AGB - daher vorher gut überlegen, da die Pakete ins Ausland gehen. Prima wäre es, wenn es eine deutsche Adresse gäbe. Deshalb fährt man in diesem Zusammenhang bei anderen Herstellern wie Deuter besser.

Osprey have a good fitting service when choosing the model/type/size of pack you want. Every model has a video that you can watch that explains all the packs functions. When I ordered, I received my pack within 3-4 days in the UK.

I was looking to replace my 30L adidas backpack with something more comfortable for longer wear duration and this was it since my back was less sweaty and the hip support made the shoulders less sore. the flat pocket COULD be used for a laptop (my mac air m1 fit there) but it’s not straight and also rigid. the pockets are nice and the rain cover proved its usefulness. this is my first hiking backpack and definitely glad i bought it

Osprey is amazing. Something did not seem right with the side pockets of my backpack. I contacted them, and I got a rely asking me to fill in the form and send the backpack to them for inspection. Within 2 weeks I got a email from them saying that the backpack is defective, they will not repair it but they will replace it, They allowed me to choose another backpack. Within 2 days I got a confirmation email that the new backpack has been dispatched , and within another few days I received the brand new backpack. What an amazing and stress free service. Thank you Osprey
