Great way to get my vitamins in a small easy to swallow pill!

Prenatal DHA has been one of my supplements since I found out about my pregnancy at 4 weeks. I’m now 29 weeks. Been taking daily and never had any issues. Has no taste, easy to swallow. Do recommend. Love that it is carbon neutral and comes from algae so no need to worry about mercury as you do with fish.

Bottle shipped is awesome and really am enjoying it. The algae capsules are made really well but, difficult to tell its benefits in a few weeks. Perhaps long term study would be better to show benefits.

I would like a secure pocket or two to make it easier to get to smaller items in the bag.

I like this product except for the size and shape which is a little hard for me to swallow otherwise I would give it 5 stars. I have to squeeze it between my fingers to flatten it out a bit which makes it easier to swallow
