After spending well over $100 on shampoo, conditioner & baby wash- I expected my package to arrive in tact. This was not the case- the pumps broke in transit and shampoo was spilled all over the inside of the package making a sticky soapy mess. I emailed the company right away and they responded right away asking for pictures/proof. I sent pictures right after and never heard anything back from them. Now I’m out over $100 + had to go to the store and buy products. Horrible customer service.
