Overall, I’m happy with the service, but I do wish the exchange process was simpler. When I tried to return the item online, there wasn’t an option to exchange for a different size. I was advised to return it first, place a new order, and then contact support again to adjust the amount. It just feels like a few extra steps that could be streamlined. Still, I appreciate the help I received and the overall experience has been positive.
