The product is fine. The delivery service was confusing and badly managed with poor communication. The delivery was split into two, with different carriers at different times, and was not a good experience.

Great topper. I went to Harvey Norman and a few bedding shops (these were mainly tufted/quilted rather than foam). The comparable one was from Seahorse but higher price point and also need to preorder and wait four weeks. Origin’s same day delivery was great. Topper feels very good and helped my sleep quality (previously bed was too hard). My only complain is the topper smells terrible for the first two days and need to be aired and sunned for the smell to dissipate.

This is an amzing mattress. We slept better and I love that you cannot feel the movement of your partner whenever they move and it's soft and firm, supportive and just excellent. valkue for money and highly recommended.

This is by far the best mattress I’ve ever had. A bit pricey but for me - worth every penny. Can’t think of better firmness and sleep comfort. Very happy with my purchase.

Brilliant matteress me and my partner are so happy with it we can't wait to get to bed, I saw alot of negative reviews for side sleepers, im a side sleep and its fine I sleep great im not tossing and turning throughout the night, I was with my old mat

5 stars for the mattress and comfort. 0 stars for service. I paid circa £50 for the delivery and taking the old mattress away. The courier had it the night before delivery. They sent me a text to ‘make the delivery booking’ on the day it was meant to come and the next date was 4 days later. I booked it, they said I would get an email the night before, a text the next day and a call 30 minutes before. I didn’t get the email so chased them at 7am (bear in mind it take an hour to get through on the phone and longer on chat). They said there was a planning issue and on the actual delivery date they were not in my area. Had to reschedule again for a third time. I never got the email or text but they said it would come but they couldn’t say when. It did. The drivers rolled their eyes at the idea of delivering the mattress to the first floor but reluctantly did. They refused to take the old one away. So I then had to rebook. To be fair I got the email and text and call 4th time lucky. Origin need to sack their courier as they are useless.

The mattress definitely has a cooling feel. Now my kids sleep better at night, and even daytime. Its very soft but I dont think it will be suitable for older people, who prefers a hardier mattress. Overall, its all good.
