I never knew about organic valley. We have had amazing correspondence. You can tell they are really true to heart and are so kind. They truly care about people, I would say passionate about the environment and health and wellbeing of community. So kind, courteous and professional. Anytime you email or message on Instagram they always respond in a timely manner. I appreciate all they do. I am now purchasing their products, now that I found them, so good! I feel like I have made a healthier choice for my family.

Very disappointed. I emailed regarding the return of the hat (it runs very small) and have yet to receive a response.
