I was so disappointed with my experience ordering through this company. I didn’t receive the face exfoliant as there was obviously a mistake made with my order. I emailed them when I received my order with a photo of what I received and to show it wasn’t what I’d ordered. Email was the contact method listed for queries on orders. I waited several weeks and didn’t get a reply, I then tried emailing again this time replying to my order confirmation email. It’s now been another week and I’ve heard nothing from them. Won’t be ordering from them again as I don’t know what I’ll get and they are not willing to fix their mistakes.
