It works and truly repairs rapidly, if my knuckles, or between my fingers get chafed in the winter. It is a bonus cream. I use the other face/hand cream daily.…… and for both my morning and night cleansing routine. I use it during the day and winter if I am working in the kitchen and washing my hands more often.
