A facial by Oresta is perhaps the most comfortable, relaxing and supportive experience one could ever imagine. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge, kind, and so approachable.

With my sensitive skin, I was given a sample to try over the week before purchasing. The customer service is incredible as I did not even have to ask as they anticipated that I was hesitant with my sensitive skin to get a new, to me, product. Thank you for caring so much about your customers.

Love shopping at Oresta. The staff get just as excited as I do about quality skin care. I often like to stop by just for that reason - and to replenish products of course ;)

I enjoy my visits to the retail shop to pick up my products, have a visit with the attendant on staff, and if I'm interested in a product I can try the tester to see how it work on my skin, and how it smells and feels. Very nice personal service and advice!
